Boston Light & Sound (BL&S) provides full 24x7 customer service for permanent installations and special projects, typically repairing or replacing equipment within 24 hours of service issues. We stock a large selection of parts and backup rental equipment to keep our customers up and running. Service contracts with priority response time and reduced parts pricing are also available.
We handle all service and warranty issues directly, with all testing and repair work conducted in-house. Our warehouse stocks complete assemblies (projectors, rectifiers, etc) so that we can respond quickly in case of equipment failure.
